New Office

The Premier Property Group has opened a new real estate office in Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. This is the third location for the five-year-old company, which also has offices in Seacrest Beach and Watercolor.

“Grand Boulevard is associated with a very upscale type of customer and that’s the type of client we draw as well,” said Murray Balkcom, director of sales for The Premier Property Group.

Described as a boutique company, the Grand Boulevard office fills a gap in their geographic reach in its close proximity to the Sandestin community and Miramar Beach, according to Balkcom. He expects about 25 agents and other staff to work out of the office, located on the second floor of 495 Grand Boulevard, across from Mitchell’s Fish Market.

Keith Flippo, a South Walton resident, together with Bob and Marie Parks of middle Tennessee, own The Premier Property Group. The Parks also own a large real estate company in the Nashville area, which has paved the way for the Nashville market buying property in South Walton.

For the past two years, The Premier Property Group has been number one in home sales in South Walton County, according to data from the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. Balkcom attributes their success to a high degree of professionalism, exceptional training and putting the customers and agents first.

In addition to home sales, luxury rental management services are planned for the new office. Premier Beach Retreats will offer full service rental management services and operate out of The Premier Property Group office.

“We want to carry over our services from real estate sales. We can help second homeowners understand the rental market and calculate projected rental income estimates. We will be a one-stop shop,” said Balkcom.

The new office boasts a modern interior décor with plenty of open space and windows offering views of Grand Boulevard’s Town Center and new movie theater, currently under construction.

Balkcom said the popular restaurants in Grand Boulevard provide a prime opportunity to close real estate deals and celebrate with clients.
