Celebrating the soon-to-open Alys Shoppe, the event will showcase ten designers from the highly acclaimed online shopping site.

Noted for its award-winning architecture and new urbanist design, Alys Beach is a favorite destination among sophisticated travelers. Recognizing similarities within the Taigan audience and level of aesthetic, the Director of Retail for Alys Beach, Megan Trent, asked Taigan to partner in the debut event for the Alys Shoppe.

It is a perfect fusion of our brands, and a solid introduction to what one might expect to see in The Alys Shoppe — designers not found anywhere in the region,” said Trent. “Taigan is pleased to have been selected by Alys Beach to create this unique shopping experience.”

The site is known for exquisite and hard-to-find men’s, women’s and children’s fashion apparel, jewelry, accessories, home décor, gourmet food products, shorting life, leisure, gifts and more, featuring over 140 individual designers, purveyors and boutiques.

“We really enjoy meeting our shoppers, particularly at a venue as exquisite as Alys Beach,” said Taigan CEO, Elizabeth Nichols. “We both share a passion for simple elegance, pristine craftsmanship and hard to find discoveries.”

Since its launch two and a half years ago, Taigan has been recognized as the tasteful collection of lifestyle brands. Hosting 140+ merchants, the site has generated a healthy following among affluent shoppers, similar to the destination vacationers and homeowners at Alys Beach.

The Alys Shoppe Debuts with The Style SoireeThe Style Soiree event is free and open to the public on Thursday, July 26 from 4-8 p.m. at Caliza Pool in Alys Beach. Vie Magazine is a headline sponsor of the event, serving a signature cocktail for attendees.

Carter Designs designer jewelry of Atlanta, GA and Turkish-T designer home linens of Nashville, TN. An additional independent designer notable for their ‘Made in The USA’ classic Southern dresses attending the event is Jolie & Elizabeth of New Orleans.
