A relatively new South Walton tradition, Rosemary Beach‘s Uncorked festival has been a wonderful reason to celebrate from day one.
The festival centers around Rosemary Beach’s diverse selection of world-class restaurants. At each location, guests sample different specialty dishes, which have been carefully paired with the perfect wines. Vintners, connoisseurs, foodies and casual visitors keep coming back for more every year.
This year, eight Rosemary Beach restaurants will each prepare three signature dishes paired with three unique wines. PLUS, guests will enjoy a “featured wine” at each locationm specially selected by the chefs, wine makers and distributors. The 2012 participating restaurants are Amavida Coffee, Edward’s Fine Food & Wine, Cowgirl Kitchen, La Crema Tapas & Chocolate, Onano Neighborhood Café, Restaurant Paradis, Summer Kitchen and Wild Olives Market/Bakery/Deli. Participants are invited to visit each restaurant in the order of their choice during the designated four-hour event time frame.
Advance tickets are $75 per person and may be purchased online at www.rosemarybeachuncorked.com. Door tickets also will be available for $95 per person. Click here for lodging specials.
