The series debuts on Wednesday, June 27 at 8:30pm ET/PT and investigates the people, places and ways to hunt whitetail throughout North America.
“Lauren and her team will shed light on the intricacies of tracking and harvesting many of the great whitetails in North America,” said Graig Hale, VP of Business Development at Sportsman Channel.
Rich, a hard-core outdoor enthusiast, has been hunting and fishing since she was a young girl and is passionate about bringing audiences the most informative deer hunting secrets. The show will take viewers across North America with visits to Alabama for dog hunting for whitetails as well trips to Kentucky, Minnesota, Texas and Florida.
I grew up hunting with my dad, and he really taught me a deep love, respect and appreciation of the outdoors,” said Rich. “To be asked to host a national TV series would be exciting enough, but to be involved with a project that I feel so personally connected with is an extremely special honor.”
Launched in 2003, The Sportsman Channel is the only television and digital media company fully devoted to the more than 82 million sportsmen in the United States, delivering entertaining and educational programming focused exclusively on hunting, shooting and fishing activities. Sportsman Channel reaches more than 31 million U.S. television households.
