Flutterby little butterfly.
Each Fall, the mighty Monarch butterflies flitter and flutter their way through South Walton, as they prepare to make their way across the Gulf of Mexico.
Hosted by South Walton’s Cultural Arts Alliance and sponsored by the Merchants of Rosemary Beach, the annual Flutterby Children’s Arts Festival not only celebrates their mass migration, but also helps promote creative expression and fun through art, especially among children. Free and open to the public, children can create their own butterfly wings and craft mini masterpieces with the help of local artists.
There’s also live music, food, laughter, paint… and of course, butterflies.
