The new development is situated on one of the last remaining undeveloped beachfront properties on 30A. The 3.92-acre property has over 335 feet of private beach.
Four stories tall, Thirty-One will include 31 condos each with a private study, beach front balcony and private elevator. As of late last month, 20 of the 31 residences are sold, McNeil said.
